an American aesthetic with a European flair and a black book of artisanal makers

Background

Passionate about design and travel since my youth, married life took me to Europe in 2012, where I explore art and antiques, culture, history, and life in a foreign country. Along my travels, I began curating a list of artisans to call on throughout North Africa and the Middle East, as well as within Western Europe. Exposure to so many cultures and aesthetics has broadened my appreciation for good, artisanal design, wherever I can find it.  It is a curation of these experiences that I’d like to share with you so you too can design a truly unique and personal home.

Homes

A townhome in the Pennsylvania countryside, a suburban Seattle home, a French inspired Dutch house in Holland and now a Swiss apartment along Lake Zurich, my design approach has gravitated towards versatile furnishings that can live in any type of space, serve multiple purposes and are built to last. I favor neutrals for their calmness and flexibility.

Inspiration

I am inspired by nature, travel, life experiences, and the endless pursuit of defining myself and my home, wherever that may be. My hope is that you find inspiration here to curate the home of your dreams that represents you and your life and passions.
